RETURNS POLICY


At Freshly Rooted Market, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully as it applies specifically to food and perishable items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Non-perishable items must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery for fresh produce and perishable items
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days for non-perishable items
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened food products
  • Perishable items after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Sale items marked as final sale

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact our customer service within the eligible timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process
  4. For eligible items, we'll arrange collection at no cost to you

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If you receive any items that don't meet our quality standards:

  • Take photos of the items before opening if possible
  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

FAQ

What if my fresh produce is damaged or spoiled upon delivery?

Contact us immediately with photos of the items. We'll process a refund or replacement right away.

Can I return non-perishable items after opening?

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food items unless they're defective.

What about incorrect items?

If you receive incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost.
